Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park

Road connection
The park is located on the border between Kaohsiung County and City, i.e. from the North of Houjin River to the West of Province Route No. 1. It is 30 minutes by car from the Kaohsiung railroad station. The proposed road connection is described as follows:
By car via Province Route No. 1:
From Minzu Road towards Ciaotou, head north. Follow Kao Nan route for nearly 1 km and then turn left to Deming Road towards the West for nearly 200 meters. On the left side is the Kaohsiung City Department of Motor Vehicles and on the right side is the Park entrance.
By car via highway:
From Nanzih slip road to Nanzih; turn right to Nanyang Road and connect Kao Nan route towards Ciaotou/Tainan for nearly 1 km; turn left to Deming Road towards the West for nearly 200 meters; the left side is the Kaohsiung City Department of Motor Vehicles and the right side is the Park entrance.
By train:
From the Kaohsiung railroad station to Nanzih station; turn right to Nanzihsin Road for nearly 20 meters. Take Bus 6 (direction Zuoying) and get off on the Deming Road and Haijhuan Road stop; follow Deming Road towards the East for nearly 500 meters. On the left side is the Kaohsiung City Department of Motor Vehicles and on the right side is the Park entrance.
By bus:
Take Bus 5 or 18 from the Kaohsiung railroad station to Zuoying South and change to Bus 6 to Nanzih. Disembark at the Deming Road and Haijhuan Road stop. Next, follow Deming Road towards the East for nearly 500 meters. On the left side is the Kaohsiung Motor Vehicles Office and on the right side is the Park entrance.
